Delivery and transportation costs
EQUIPO DRT SA makes national and international shipments. Shipping costs are € 5.95 for destinations within the peninsula. For shipments outside the peninsula the customer can see the costs for shipping costs before making the purchase and the corresponding invoice will detail the costs related to the contracted service.
EQUIPO DRT SA is committed to deliver the order in approximately 48 hours from the day after the order is placed. For shipments to European countries the approximate delivery time is 5 working days. For shipments to European Union countries and third countries, customs charges, if any, shall be borne by the recipient.
Methods of payment and order fulfillment

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will be liable to EQUIPO DRT SA to compensate the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
The availability of products offered by EQUIPO DRT SA may vary depending on customer demand. Although EQUIPO DRT SA updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, EQUIPO DRT SA at the time it becomes aware of this situation will notify the customer by email. The period of this communication shall not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
The purchaser shall have a period of fourteen calendar days to cancel, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without giving any reason.

The return

Refund of payment

EQUIPO DRT SA may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
In case of unjustified delay on the part of EQUIPO DRT SA, regarding the return of the sums paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of that amount.
Return of defective product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, the customer shall be entitled to return the product, informing EQUIPO DRT SA of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contracting, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
EQUIPO DRT SA undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
